The Patented Preservation System
Three steps to a sealed flange
Most flange damage and internal corrosion starts after the work is done: open faces, weather, and covers that fall off in transit. The P3 system closes that gap with three components that work as one.
Step 1: Inspect and clean
Check the sealing face with the P3-GIT gauge against ASME PCC-1 criteria, clean with any solvent based cleaner, and the flange is ready for protection.
Step 2: Apply the flangeDOT
Peel and stick a flangeDOT or flangeDOT +Tag to the raised face. The VCI adhesive protects the machined surface against corrosion.
Step 3: Fit the flangeBUMPER
Place a flangeBUMPER over the top, insert the screws and tighten the multiNUTS with a drill or screwdriver.
An airtight, watertight seal
The sealed assembly protects the critical surfaces of pipe spools, valves, vessels and mechanical equipment in any weather. Corrosion inhibitors stay in, and outside air and moisture stay out, so unseen damage stops before it starts.

P3 sealing hardware pairs cleanly with Zerust VCI products for a complete preservation system: the enclosed Zerust inhibitors protect the metal, and the flange protector seals it in. Specify both through RTG and the entire scope arrives sized, labelled and ready to install.
